These terms apply to your use of kichelegroup.com (the "site"), run by Kichele Group. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is for

The site describes our finance, technology and security services and lets you contact us, request a call back, chat with our assistant and subscribe to updates. Using the site does not create a contract for services.

2. Services are governed by a written agreement

Any work we do for you is governed by a written proposal or contract that you approve. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document wins.

3. Information on the site is general

Content on the site, including the savings calculator, FAQ answers and chat assistant replies, is general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or security advice for your situation. Calculator results are illustrations based on the rate you enter, not a forecast or a promise of returns. Investments carry risk and their value can go down as well as up. We work to keep the content accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current.

4. Your use of the site

You agree not to:

  • submit false information or someone else's details without their permission;
  • use the forms, chat or call-back feature to send spam, abuse or unlawful content;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its data, or disrupt it, including with automated scraping or load testing;
  • use the site in breach of Kenyan law, including the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.

We may block access or delete submissions that break these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Kichele Group name, logo, text and site design belong to Kichele Group. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission. Photos are used under the Unsplash licence and remain the property of their photographers, who are credited in the footer. To report content you believe infringes your rights, follow our copyright and takedown policy.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Liability

To the extent Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including indirect loss, loss of profit or investment loss arising from reliance on general information on the site. Investment and savings products are governed by their own written terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
